As an experienced solution architect (presales), you will be the trusted advisor for our customers through providing
technical leadership in solving their issues and achieve their business objectives. You will support the sales team by
proposing network / security solutions and answering questions related to the technical specifications and features
relevant to the business objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage customers and vendors to deliver a fit-for-purpose and future-proof solution design that meet
their business objectives, adhering to project delivery framework and vendors’ product lifecycle.
• Prepare solution proposal based on tender specifications or client’s requirements.
• Define and coordinate solution deliverables, including bill of materials, scope of work definition,
professional services cost, maintenance cost, and any third-party products / services.
• Provide clear and articulated consultation and advisory on value-added solution and guidance to senior
leaders in clients organization.
• Contribute proactively to technology solution presentation and speaking engagement in network or
security events to promote company’s brand awareness and outreach.
• Drive overall integrity of the solution design that addresses client’s business objectives, timeline,
budget, and project risks.
• Act as solution expert to support resolutions for project issue escalation that impacting deliverables,
quality, or timeline.
• Provide technical expertise to other team members, as well as with other avodaq teams in Singapore
and globally.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology products in networking, to provide high-quality support in
current and future services.
YOUR PROFILE:
• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in network and security architecture design and implementation.
• Highly articulate and detailed-oriented in technical aspects of the solution and implementation.
• Pronounced customer-interaction skills and network architectural skillset.
• Applies good analytic process to resolve customer issues and synthesize complexities into clear
communications and action plans.
• Hands-on, you are always on the lookout for the best solution - also if it requires independently diving into
new topics.
• Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work
with teams.
• You can express yourself fluently in English in both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese and other languages are highly desirable.
• CCNP certification is mandatory.
• ITIL, CISSP, Cloud (AWS, Azure) and Expert level (CCIE) certification is a plus.
• Travel readiness.
