Job Description

• Operate and maintain the ship's marine equipment safely, economically, and efficiently in accordance with customer contracts / Charter Party, within approved budgets, to the satisfaction of both owners and their clients.

• Take immediate actions to adjust and improve performance in case of non-conformities or when deviations are observed/reported.
• Follow up and ensure corrective actions are implemented in case of technical-related incidents and non-conformities.
• Analyze breakdowns and technical incidents and suggest experience transfers to the fleet.
• Report the vessel's technical status on a weekly basis to the Marine Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise ship repairs and dry-docking of vessels in cooperation with other stakeholders.
