• Deep technical background on Kubernetes deployment process.
• Good knowledge on maintaining/deploying secrets in Kubernetes.
• Prior working experience in setting up Jira workflow.
• Strong hands-on experience on Shell or Groovy scripting.
• Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces.
• Prior hand-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution.
• Hand on experience in setting up DevOps governance, Security standards and audit requirements.
• Prior experience in setting up DevOps pipeline in internal and external cloud offerings.
• Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (Junit, Sonar Cube, Veracode etc.)
• Technical exposure of automation accomplished with advanced Python, Chef, Ruby and PowerShell
• Working knowledge of Murex, MxTest, Mx pipeline and Machine Learning applications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse network traffic patterns, bottlenecks and track performance to identify issues proactively and provide recommendations for network optimization when required.
• Oversee the design and architecture of the network to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain network performance reports for management review.
• Good understanding of network budget planning related to Capex and Opex.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, risk management, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Active participation during network audits and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure organization's APAC network compliant with rules and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and enforce network operational and procedures manuals.
• Supervise Network Operations team, review KPI and ensure SLA.
• Manage vendors and service providers including MSA, SA, services level to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for network planning and service-related matters. e.g.: DR Drills, Third party risk mgmt., Asset mgmt., Lifecycle mgmt., Privilege Access mgmt., Patch mgmt. etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or closely related qualifications with min 5 years of experience as Network Operations Lead or Senior Network Engineer (Planning, Implementation and Operations.
• Min. 8-10 years of experience in network planning, design and Implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, risk management, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands on experience in Network deployment for large enterprise and Datacenter networks.
• In-depth knowledge of IP routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, QOS and VPC.
• Proficient with Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5 or equivalent.
• CCNP/CCDP, ITIL or equivalent are required.
• CCIE is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audience.
• Prior working experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institution is an advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA

• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
