Skills/Requirement:

• Strong experience in integration, migration, and testing processes within telecom environments.
• Proficiency in using tools like PCI, NeoLoad, NetAct, NetCracker, JIRA, Trello, TestRail and HP Quality Centre.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, configure, and validate scripts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Team management experience with a focus on mentoring and process enhancements.
