• Conducts internal reporting of tender solutions to secure management approval for bid submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience and knowledge in offshore wind projects is highly desirable and will be given preference.
• Proven experience in technical solution development, preferably within a commercial/business development context.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes, tender documentation, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Provide planning of tunnelling operation from safety, quality, and productivity viewpoint.
• Provide engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operation, including final ring selection and selection of key.
• Ensure the work is done in compliant with the protocol established for the project.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Report to Tunnel Manager / Deputy Tunnel Manager / Sr Tunnel Engineer.
• Oversee construction activities, progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules per the master and detailed work program.
• Provide technical advice on Underground Excavation, and Tunnelling works.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure that TBM services are delivered.
• Liaise with PE on the Temporary works.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Guide supervisors about construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary.
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safe and neat.
• Experienced in grouting reinforcement, muck pit construction, circulating water pool construction, gantry crane installation, and thrust frame installation.

Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of TBM bored tunnelling experience.
• Large diameter (over 10m diameter) bored tunnelling experience.
• Hydro-Shield TBM experience (if applicable).

Qualifications and Profile

• Candidates should have 1 – 2 years ofexperience in relevant activities.
• Excellent understanding of Java, PL/SQL & Linux.
• Experience on Calypso versions higher than v13 an asset.
• Experience in Calypso Back-office functionality with hands-on experience in customizations of different Calypso modules (trained by a client of Nasdaq Calypso, by Nasdaq Calypso or a consulting company on these modules):
