Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all QC procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures through daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections.
• Perform inspections and arrange testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregate, cement, and precision tools.
• Maintain records of inspection results and manage before/after repair documentation for defect products.
• Lead internal and external QA audits (ISO 9001) and ensure adherence to HDB, BCA, SCI, and other relevant requirements.
• Report non-conformance and collaborate with the design team on technical issues and subcontractors on quality issues.
• Keep accurate documentation and records related to QC activities.
• Prepare monthly analysis and reports on quality performance, including recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with planners to develop delivery plans and monitor subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange storage of products and carry out monthly stock takes as required, ensuring efficient inventory management.
