Job Summary:

- Job location: Central
- Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) and Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly reports regularly, and maintain records
- Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various phases of the project
- Ensure that the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented by the sub-contractor on site and the particular hold points required are coordinated with the Project Team
- Review ITP as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client' requirements
- Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance
- Monitor and check calibration of plants, equipment, and testing instruments
- Monitor plant conditions and material production during construction phase
- Approve the source of materials, keep track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works
- Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals
- Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project
- Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Identify problems, root cause, and offers solutions
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with LTA projects job specifications in both civil and architectural works
- At least 3 years QA/QC experience in construction industry
- Possess experience in handling Conquas application procedure
