The O&M Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all PV systems in our portfolio. He/she shall maintain high system performance standards and promptly address any faults to minimise downtime. A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

As a member of the Service Desk team, this position serves as a single point of contact for all IT issues and requests reported by users through the different support channels (phone, email, Self-Service Portal, Tech Concierge Desk).
