Desktop Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certified in CCNP, NSE, and CCSA.
• Cloud certification and experience preferred.
• Proficient in network management tools such as SolarWinds, WLC, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager.
• Understanding of cloud network architecture, particularly Azure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work outside of standard business hours.

• Inspect outgoing and incoming parts according to established procedures and specifications, including incoming process inspections.

• Perform testing and commissioning of switchboards on-site or on vessels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and address warranty claims or quality concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the QA Department.
