Job Scope

• Develop and maintain Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and SOPs.
• Manage and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models.
• Conduct technical assessments and process evaluations.
• Investigate and resolve quality and EHS issues during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
• Implement and monitor preventive measures for process issues.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate needs to specialize in the design, analysis, and coordination of building works in construction projects. These professionals work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

· Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specific time and in accordance with the project timeline.

· Check for accuracy and update amendments to precast shop drawings.

· Produce precast layout plans and fabrication shop drawings of precast concrete elements for production and submission to clients.

· Liaise with consultants concerning drawing details and technical issues.

· Liaise internally with production and suppliers on the submission/ issuance of shop drawings, highlight technical issues and keep them updated of any revisions.

· Incorporate on the drawings (2D and 3D) and update any amendment openings and recesses, architectural features, cast-in-items, lifting system and any other relevant details.

· Coordinate Structural, Architectural and M&E drawings to check and highlight any discrepancy and raise RFI to finalize precast shop drawings for production.

· Request any detail required for precast shop drawings.

· Check every detail and ensure precast drawings tally with construction drawings.

· Attend technical meetings with consultants/ clients as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or related as recognized by PE Board.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in site planning and coordination works for building projects.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in Precast design for building works in Singapore.

· Familiar with both structural detailing (including rebar detail) and basic architectural detailing.

· Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, TELKA or All Plan).

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Planning, coordination, and execution of substation automation projects.

Design, costing and integration of substation automation systems according to project requirements.

Installation, testing and troubleshooting of substation automation systems at site.

Preparation of project documents and drawings.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering

Knowledge of data communication and Automation Systems for Electrical Network

Our benefits and compensation for permanent position are as follows:

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)

Medical benefits of $500 per financial year (Benefit is extended to spouse and children (below 21 years old) of married employees)

Insurance coverage: Hospital & Surgical (Benefit is extended to spouse and children (below 25 years old) of married male employees and child (below 25 years old) of married female employees)
