Key Responsibilities :

• To provide operational support for the Digital Ops Support, which includes:

• Provide execution and strategic oversight for testing plans and methods across the full life cycle from requirements gathering to development to delivery.
• Lead and direct team to identify blind spots, triage problems and take corrective actions.
• Elicit performance feedback regularly from end-users.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent

Technical Skills

• Manual Testing: This is a mandatory requirement, with a minimum of 3 years of experience expected.
• Automation Testing: While not mandatory, it is considered a good-to-have skill, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Performance Testing: This is also a good-to-have skill, with a minimum of 2 years of experience desired.
• Other Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL practices, and CI/CD processes is a good-to-have requirement, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
