• Educational Qualifications:

Skills / Qualifications:

• Good hands-on experiences in Tunneling works for MRT Project.
• Site management which includes planning, supervising and coordinating projects.
• Managing all project operational and administration.
• Attending site progresses and meeting with client, Main contrator and others who involved in project.
• Review of design and construction methodology from construction perspective. Monitoring the progress of the project strictly following the permissible time parameter.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Marking and setting out (follow the drawing, floor plan etc).
• Coordinate with management/ quantity surveyor regarding progress claim (such as work done) & site supervisor.
• Planning and prepare the schedule, preparing estimates for time and material costs material procurement and manpower planning on site.
• Following inspection with RTO.
• Bilingual is an advantage especially speaking of Chinese & English.
• Willing to work overtime as job site might have any emergency that need you to support on site.
• Must have high energy level to handle multiple projects and to do lots of site walks at contruction site.
• Responive to message and answering call to handle site emergency issue.
• Must be independent, fast learner.
