Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee the assessment and reporting of approved vendor and service provider performance.
• Execute supply chain procedures, such as issuing purchase orders and handling shipment clearances when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement documents and records for suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and the warehouse.
• Assist the department in administrative tasks to promote seamless and effective operations.
• Guarantee adherence to company procurement policies and pertinent government regulations.
• Supervise open purchase orders and delivery timetables.
• Keep all reports, documents, and filing systems up to date.
• Generate and prepare monthly reports on inventory and procurement.

• Min. Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
• Min 2 years work exp
• Able to use MS Office Excel and SAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
• Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams.
• Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges.
• Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes and lead teams throughout the project development cycle
• Lead, monitor and report the progress of the multiple projects to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
• Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and maintain project record in a Project Management System.
• Lead or support other operational activities of the Project Management Office as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in product development or research project would be preferable.
• PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines.
• Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers.

on one basis on various tasks.

Role:

• Implement and maintain on-premises and Cloud databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
• Proactively manage and maintain database security standards and governance.
• Performing database operations tasks such as monitoring database performance over time or troubleshooting issues with production applications.
• Hands-on experience on configuration and maintenance of Oracle Goldengate for successful data replication.
• Create and execute reliable database backup and restore strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and developers.

Required Skills:

• Experience with working on hybrid environments such as AWS/On-prem.

• Experience with databases such as AWS RDS, Oracle, MSSQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL.

• Experience with database replication tools such as Oracle Golden Gate.

• Experience with installation and configuration of Oracle/MariaDB/PostgreSQL databases.

• Experience with creating and executing database backup and restore strategies.

• Experience with database security standards and governance.
