HR Executive (Security Industry, East, Office Hours, Up to $4000)

Salary: Up to $4000
Location: Tai Seng
Workday/time: Mon-Fri, Office Hours.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employees timesheet and leave applications.
• Handle payroll and update date into the ERP Software
• Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders
• Handle the onboarding/training/repatriation of employees
• Submit employees project allocation reports to finance on a monthly basic
• Other duties as required

Requirement:

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 year of Experience in Payroll or Security industry
