Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse user requirements to design and develop an in-house Accounting & Payroll System using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage, backup and periodically purge the system source code and databases.
• Install and test any software solution before handover to the end users.
• Provide Training and User Guide to the end users.
• Manage and administer the full suite of Microsoft Office 365, i.e.. Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
• Provide end-user training and support for the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Design and manage the company’s website built on WordPress.
• Design and manage the company’s intranet built on SharePoint site.
• Liaise with vendors for software licensing matter.
• Manage and assign software licenses to qualified users upon request.
• Prepare and document IT internal control reports for the Japan Headquarter.
