Our client is a multinational financial institution & they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to Regional CEO
• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations in office and external relationships
• Manage and maintain company records electronically
• Provide support for various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and coordinating travel arrangements
• Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses in collaboration with the finance department
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Other tasks as delegated

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in systems and software such as SAP, Concur
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, adeptly managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, allowing for effective interaction with employees and vendors
• 12 Months Contract Position

• Manage drug inventory (e.g. stock replenishment, conducting stock counts and inventory checks)

• Handles enquiries related to medication supplies, drug related issues, product information, pharmacy services and general patient workflow.

Job requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (Clinical Track) or its equivalent or GCE A/O/N level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore

Job Responsibilities

1. Revise and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality standards.
2. Review executed Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR) / Equipment Batch Records (EBR) for completeness and accuracy.
3. Provide quality oversight and support to the manufacturing team, addressing any quality-related queries, concerns, or issues.
4. Participate in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GEMBA walks to ensure adherence to quality standards on the shop floor.
5. Provide quality support for Change Control processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
6. Manage and review deviations, ensuring thorough investigations and timely closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry (preferred), including experience in batch record review, SOP revisions, or quality assurance oversight
• Experience in GMP and operational oversight activities (e.g., GEMBA, GMP walks) is advantageous.
