Salary range:

• Basic Salary $3000 - $4800 + Standby Allowance + Bonus + Other Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Reporting & assisting Department Head in meeting financial targets, SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors/OEMs.
• Operational management of team size around 10 to 15 engineers
• Ability to effectively conduct ops meeting with customers using digitilisation/BI tools.
• Active participation in project tenders
• Required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Deg in Electrical/Electronics, Communications/ Computer Engineering/ System Engineering or InfoComm Technology
• Training will be provided
• Experience in tender participation will be added advantage
• Physically fit to work in an outdoor environment
• Able to perform standby duties 24/7 (based on roster)
• Possess Class 3/3A Licence

Job Scope:

• Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
• Responding to manager and/or employee queries and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business.
• Acting as local support for all administration activities.
• Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format.

• Handling purchase request/purchase orders.
