We are looking for an IT System Administrator, who will be involved in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

In this role, you will:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
• Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender.
• Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP.
• Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users.
• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
• Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system.
• Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure.
• Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/ offboarding process.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures.
• IT project coordination and vendor management.

We are looking for people with the following:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
• Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
• Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud Iaas
• Experience with networking concepts and technologies
• Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilites:

• Develops and maintains Database design documents and ensure its uup-to-date.
• Manage database environment inclusive of Oracle, SQL Server, MongDB Must have experience in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Oracle Restart on Windows platform.
• Must have worked on 11.x/12.x.19.x versions of Oracle and haveandled database activities like DB Upgrades, Patching and other maintenance aactivities.
• Must have strong hands-on experience on databaseespecially Oracle.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying problems that arise.
• Able to do SOD (Start-of-Day) checks on daily basis and fix the issues.
• Ensuring the database is adequately backed up and able to be recovered if needed.
• Further establish and ensure Database standards (security, reliability,availability, and scalability) and procedures are met by our product teams.
• Root cause analysis of production-related database issues.
• Report the details of Incidents and status to superiors on time without delay incase of any unexpected result of Database Administration tasks or production system itself includes Head Office system, and also perform trouble shooting iin systems and report the status to supervisor in timely manner.
• Lead the ongoing and new projects and provide regular progress updates to Section Head in timely manner.
• Any slippage or issue in the project must be reported and escalated immediately to seniors.
• Configure servers and databases. Ensuring data integrity is maaintained Develops and maintains Database design documents and ensure its uup-to-date.
• Ethically handling private data, including financial/customer data.
• Have experience in Oracle Enterprise Management tool and other incident & problem management tools like Service Now.
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience of system/database development are noeeded Must have experience in scripting, query tuning, optimization and solve complex problems.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Database Administration is needed.
• Prior experience in IT system development and control, and opperations in a leadership position are needed Expertise of analysis of banking operation, creation of banking operatiion procedure and planning of banking operation will be an advantage Business-level proficiency in English as you are required to communiccate, read and understand as well as respond and present to managerment and Head Office-Japan. This includes system discussions, Q&A meetings, status update meetings and writing reports to management etc.

Responsibilities

· Perform administration function on Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager, Control-M agent and Control Module

· Proactive monitoring to ensure continuous and high availability of Control-M service and processes.

· Perform investigation and troubleshoot Control-M related issues to release immediate workaround and permanent fixes.

· Perform Control-M version upgrade and apply fix-pack/patch to fix intermediate issues in Control-M.

· Participates in project and initiatives requiring/involving Control Admin Support.

· Provide scripting/programming support to cater automation requirements using Control-M utilities, features and APIs.

· Continually improve the end-to-end Control-M Job scheduling Service by working with vendor, technical support and operation teams (internal and external).

Skills/Requirement

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Control-M Administration on Distributed and Mainframe zOS Systems.

· Should be capable of handling installation, upgrading and maintaining Control-M components (EM, Server, Agents) and add-ons like Forecast, Services, BIM, WCM etc.

· Sound knowledge of Control modules/Application plugins (AFT, DB, Java, SAP)

· Good knowledge of AS400 agent installation, troubleshooting and support.

· Hands on experience for end-to-end implementation in Control-M upgrade projects including planning, setup, testing and working with the System/Security Admins and support teams.

· Sound knowledge on Disaster Recovery, High-availability for Application continuity of Control-M.

· Hands on experience on managing Control-M instances on mainframe host is an added advantage

· Possess an in-depth understanding of network and Windows and UNIX platforms, necessary in troubleshooting issues related to Control-M systems.

· Hands on experience in Creating and Debugging shell scripts on Linux, Unix, Solaris systems
