Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, and take proactive measures to optimize server performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities, including patch management, server updates, and system backups.
• Monitor and analyze server logs for security breaches, anomalies, or performance issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Respond to server-related incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users or the IT support team.

Requirements:

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Team in day-to-day management and administration of the Commercial activities
• Manage all emails, and telephone queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Assist the Commercial Team in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, agreements, invoices and the annual RFP coordination process
• Keep database of sales contacts, leads and records organized
• Assist the Commercial Team in the production of Commercial presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions
• Assist with ad-hoc Commercial projects as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of PR and Communication
