Key Responsibilities

• Perform project administrative coordination and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor project claims and invoices as directed.
• Maintain office files, correspondence, documentation, and inspection equipment.
• Assist the Director/Senior Management with daily operations as assigned.
• Assist the Director/Senior Management with tendering and bidding for projects.
• Carry out technical tasks in the office and field as directed.

• Training provided to the inexperienced candidate
• Experience in the Built Environment or Heritage Built environment will be an added point

Job Summary: The HR Administrator will play a key role in managing work pass applications and interview arrangements. Additionally, this role will support career fair activities and other HR functions as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

Work Pass Management:

• Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and expiry dates.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies regarding work pass matters.

Interview Arrangement:

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and schedules.
• Assist in the initial screening of candidates and conduct reference checks.
• Ensure a smooth and professional interview experience for all candidates.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Career Fairs:

• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for career fairs.
• Engage with potential candidates and provide information about job opportunities and company culture.

General HR Support:

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners.
• Support other HR functions and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
