1. First point of contact for maisons and warehouse for order processing.
2. Responsible for logistics scheduling & planning of outbound deliveries, perform daily order process and prioritize orders in SAP
3. Perform and monitor the outbound delivery process with Warehouse and Shipping team. Closely monitor the volume of outbound deliveries and assign warehouse order.

• Domestic Deliveries

1. Arrange transportation service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques
2. Organize deliveries of stock, POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider
3. Updating and coding of freight and transportation invoices
4. Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines
5. Monthly review and submission of KPIs reporting

• Security and Insurance

1. Arrangement of transport and insurance according to Transit Limits set by Group
2. File and follow-up on shipment claims
3. Co-ordinate with service providers to organize the secured transportation for Brands events and photoshoots

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
• Strong skills in MS Office, Windows and good knowledge in Tradenet and SAP is an advantage
• At least two years’ work experience in a shipping department for a similar organisation or with freight forwarding
• Organised and detail orientated.
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice

Visitor management

• Greet and welcome guests, and visitors - direct them to the meeting room and inform the appropriate staff
• Serving of refreshments for clients and guests, and assist in booking taxi services if needed
• Handle daily reception duties, answering of phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

Administrative Support

• Responsible for courier service, deliveries and mails
• Assist in meeting rooms bookings and set up, prepare refreshments when necessary
• Maintain and upkeep the front desk area, meeting rooms and pantry area to ensure areas are clean and tidy at all times by coordinating with cleaner
• Handles the maintenance of office equipment and keeps records of office inventory and pantry supplies to ensure sufficient stock at all times.
• Provide support for facilities maintenance and premises upkeep (e.g. Pest Control, Aircon repairs etc.)
• Provide general administrative support to the company which includes data entry, filing and scanning of documents
• Maintains proper storage of files, ensuring that files are stored in a systematic manner allowing for easy access when required.
• Arrange printing of name cards, ordering of stationery and scheduling appointments
• Act as a point of contact for emergency issues and incident escalation for reception, administration and facility related matters
• Preparation of overseas business trip: Provide administrative and logistical support for the Management Team before and after an overseas business trip, including coordinating with other departments/overseas counterparts, and managing meeting schedules.

Job Description:

• Handle installation, configuration and upgrading of Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle server software and related products in Windows/Linux environment.
• Evaluate MSSQL/MySQL/Oracle features and MSSQL/MySQL/Oracle related products.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues, profiling, and tracing etc.
• Experience on AlwaysON, clustering, Replication and Oracle RAC, Data Guard.
• Strong knowledge of backups and recovery, Indexing and patching.
• Knowledge on Linux/windows servers, security delegation, SPNs, storage components
• Knowledge of Cloud RDS technologies would be an added advantage.
• Good team player and willingness to keep abreast with technologies.
• Excellent Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
