17. Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues hardware and software and render ad-hoc support.

The Database Administrator will be responsible for performing Database

Administration and Management for databases hosted on premise, in private cloud, or

public cloud. This role includes managing various database technologies, ensuring

database availability, and maintaining database security and performance.

• Work closely with third-party vendors, application teams, and infrastructure support teams.
• Participate in transition planning and support the onboarding of databases and related technologies.

Visitor management

Administrative Support

• Responsible for courier service, deliveries and mails
