The role

· Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Monitor vessel schedules for In-Service jobs to facilitate effective planning, which includes:

o Conducting technical competency (TC) checks to identify the necessary TCs for specific scopes.

o Assessing resource availability and recommending appropriate assignments.

o Organizing tasks in the surveyor calendar to optimize resource utilization.

o Managing Planning & Scheduling requests from receipt to completion, ensuring they align with proposed KPI targets.

· Request Validation: Verify requests by performing contract and account checks to ensure all requirements are fulfilled, including assessing the feasibility of remote surveys when applicable.

· Client Communication: Confirm client attendance by delivering clear and timely communication about scheduling and any changes.

· Knowledge Development: Continuously build local knowledge of clients, locations, and surveyors to improve scheduling effectiveness

· Standards and Processes: Ensure compliance with global standards and processes in all planning and scheduling activities, upholding high levels of accountability and performance in line with these standards.

The IT Asset Administrator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and optimizing asset utilization within the organization. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of IT infrastructure, software licensing, contract management, and communication. The candidate will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining the Device42 ITAM (IT Asset Management) solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Maintenance:

1. Install, configure, and set up the Device42 ITAM solution for the organization.
2. Collaborate with solution principals to manage the setup and implementation of Device42.
3. Scan and register all IT assets located in Data Centers (DCs), including:Open systems

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
• Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls for executives and team members
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Prepare and process documents, forms, and reports in a timely manner

Role Summary

Will be working as member of APAC IT storage to manage storage related projects and provide level 3 operational support in APAC.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Management

• Support projects in APAC regions that are managed by APAC storage team.
• Maintain configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems, management systems and required software.
• Provide technical assistance to deployment teams.
• Maintain, adhere, and improve the standard operating procedures followed in the bank.
• Perform storage resource allocations and migrations when required complying the process.

Business relationships

• Communicate with APS, business, and other ITP teams during different project stages.

Governance

• Support storage vulnerability, baseline checking and storage hardening.
• Produce health-check/dashboard/security compliance report as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of system support experience on enterprise storage platform.
• Technical knowledge in EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure storage, NetApp, Brocade switches and CleverSafe.
• Possess sound knowledge of storage hardware and system services (volume management operations, file system management, data migration, snapshot & replication technologies, connectivity technology).
• Good understanding in storage upgrade process and hand-on experience in performing storage code upgrades.
• SAN management at intermediate to advanced level. (Preferred)
• NAS management at intermediate to advanced level. (Preferred)
• Object storage management at intermediate to advanced level. (Preferred)
• ITIL foundation for service management. (Preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills in order to effectively communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant certification courses.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Database Administrator.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
• Experience in PeopleSoft and Azure Cloud would have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge and experience in managing Windows operating systems would have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in PowerShell script would have an added advantage.
