Technical Skills

• 6 years of excellent knowledge of Windows 2008, 2012 and associated platform(s) and/or tools,
• Hands on experince in Vmware 6.5 and above.
• Good knowledge and experience in Active directory forest and multiple domain trusts
• Good knowledge in Microsoft clustering
• Experience in DHCP,DNS, GPO
• Knowledge of Storage technologies, virtualisation like VMware, MSSQL and Citrix (useful)
• Excellent debugging and problem analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to manage large projects as Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Documentation and Filing:Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and other statutory tax requirements.
  Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  
• Compliance Monitoring:Ensure compliance with all local and regional tax regulations and deadlines.
  Monitor updates to tax laws and regulations, and assist in implementing necessary changes.
  
• Tax Payments:Coordinate and process tax payments, ensuring timely submissions to tax authorities.
  Verify tax calculations and ensure accuracy in all tax-related transactions.
  
• Audit and Reporting Support:Assist with the preparation of tax reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
  Provide support during tax audits, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
  
• Team Support:Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper tax accounting and reconciliation.
  Provide administrative support for tax-related projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in tax administration, accounting, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of accuracy.
