Job Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL)
• Quarterly GST submission
• Maintain and update accounting ledgers, spreadsheets and databases.
• Reconcile accounts, such as bank accounts and credit accounts.
• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns and other accounting documents.
• Prepare billing for both external customers and intercompany transactions
• Verify staff claim forms and issue reimbursements
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, sorting and organizing documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and competency in accounting principle

Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to both domestic and APAC office users.
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or over e-mail. Ask questions to determine nature of complex problems and walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
• Research and create technical procedures training manuals and train computer users.
• Setup, administer and utilize helpdesk tools, user self-service center and ticketing systems (BMC remedy, manage engine, etc.).
• Install, modify, reconfigure, update and repair computer hardware and software including OS and antivirus software independently.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VoIP and other systems independently.
• Install and troubleshoot computer peripherals for users independently (such as printers, scanners, etc.).
• Configure and troubleshoot user mobile phone with configuration (such as active sync, Wi-Fi access, etc.) and configure back-end systems.
• Create and maintain an inventory for company IT assets (such as computers, monitors, phones, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) and create business plan forecasts.
• Provide help and guidance to junior colleagues.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.

Minimum Level of Education and Experience Required (Please attach additional sheet where necessary)

• Associate degree in IT or non-IT related Bachelor degree with 9 years' experience as a IT administrator.
• Alternatively, an IT related Bachelor degree with 7 years of IT experience.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Proficient oral and written English.

Job Description:

Shall administer the network equipment, either on-site or remotely, which shall minimally include

the following:

(a) Checking the logs of the network equipment and network links every morning to ensure no

abnormal activities;

(b) Install, maintain and upgrade all hardware, firmware and software used;

(c) Apply software and security patches as prescribed in Part 2C Patch Management Requirements;

(d) Fine-tune the network or system parameters;

(e) Patch/Re-Patch cables in patch panels, network points and all network equipment;

(f) Labelling of cables, patch panels, racks and equipment;

(g) Create, delete or modify access rights for the network equipment related user accounts in terms

of authentication, authorisation and accounting;

(h) Connect Customer-approved network equipment to the Customer’s network;

(i) Manage IP addresses and IP assignment scheme;

(j) Manage firewall rules setting and security configuration e.g. add, delete or modify firewall rules,

change encryption keys;

(k) Perform troubleshooting to resolve network issues;

(l) Manage incidents as specified in Part 2D Service Management Requirements;

(m) Document and maintain configurations of all network hardware, cabling information and

software used in the operating environment;

(n) Perform routine backup of network configuration for network equipment including firewall rules;

(o) Perform NAC ClearPass administration for security posture check enforcement which minimally

includes the following tasks:

 Review NAC error logs for failed authentications;

 Verify the NAC service is enabled and policies are active;

 Import Customer LDAP Data Interchange Format (LDF) file into the NAC local user

database;

 Housekeep the NAC local users and static host list;

 Update posture policies for endpoint protection and Windows patches;

 Perform NAC software updates and patching;

 Verify validity of certificates, trust lists and update status of Certificate Revocation Lists

(CRLs); and

 Downloading and viewing of authentication and posture reports.

(p) Analyse network utilization pattern and problems, recommend and implement corrective and

preventive measures;

(q) Recommend new or improved hardware, software, configurations, etc. to enhance the existing

system performance and management;

(r) Assist the Customer to evaluate new hardware and software for implementation in the operating

environment, when required by the Customer;

(s) Enforce physical access controls to the network room and the equipment, including escorting its

own Sub-Vendors and the Customer-appointed Supplier, and maintaining proper management of

keys and access logs at all times; and

(t) Provide standby and support service for network upgrades, network implementation or building

maintenance activities such as testing and servicing of building power generators, Uninterruptible

Power Supply (UPS), air-conditioning and fire suppression systems, which may affect the

operation of the equipment in the network rooms.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Logistics Management:Assist in coordinating and managing logistics for staff security clearance, client device delivery, staging, and deployment.
   Schedule and oversee client device acceptance, OS upgrades, and submission of Declaration Forms and billing (if applicable).
   
2. Project Support:Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including purchase-related matters and document submission.
   Track and compile regular project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   
3. Asset and Inventory Management:Update and maintain records of client devices handled by the project team.
   Ensure that inventory records for client devices are accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with the project team.
   Facilitate the handover of client devices to the Operations and Support (O&S) team.
   
4. Project Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor, track, and review project migration outputs and progress milestones.
