Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to draft trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents.
• Administration of trusts and foundations, including its underlying structure and portfolios.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate services for clients.
• Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks in the management of the assets of the trusts and foundations.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trust Administration or relevant. 1 year+ of experience in solid Trust Administration will be considered and are strongly encouraged to apply (remuneration will commensurate with experience)
• Solid understanding of relevant trust laws and regulations related to trusts, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Fund administrators are primarily responsible for the accounting, monitoring, and reporting transactions and values of the investment portfolio. They look into the management of the performance of funds and attend to the needs of the investors by providing the fund valuation. Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications

Job Duties:
