RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise a team of staff to oversee smooth operation flows and ensure timely collection of all revenue.

Position Description:

The Infrastructure Support Engineer position provides support for all of the Server, Storage, Network, VMWare, Windows and Linux system. This position will provide technical support of Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting and upgrades of all IT systems or component.
• Works with the engineering teams to translate design requirements into Microsoft and VMware.
• Assists with the planning, execution, monitoring and control of all engineering project related tasks and activities.
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting and complex problem resolution on issues while monitoring and maintaining environment stability.
• Documents software and system configuration.
• Participates and assists with 24x7 support of the environment.
