• Supports the Customer Care Centre by accelerating the ordering and delivery of critical spare parts to Distributors and Service Partners, ensuring quick restoration and functionality of engines and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in Service-related administration.
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge with SAP usage.
• Preferably with engineering background and knowledge in engine systems.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and diligent record-keeping.

• Handle the COO’s schedules, travel plans, and appointments and over calendar management
• Manage all aspects of office administration, facilities, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate with external vendors like accountants, corporate secretaries, and lawyers.
• Handle tenancy renewals and rental payments.
• Monitor office management costs and expenses.
• Communicate with government agencies
• Ensure timely mandatory filings (e.g., ACRA, corporate tax).
• Liaise with insurance providers for office and employee insurance.
• Manage general correspondence and filing (letters, emails, etc.).
• Oversee office relocations, renovations, or upgrades.
• Manage office supplies, including stationery and IT equipment maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence).
• Coordinate monthly company expenditures and payments.
• Assist with reimbursements.
• Handle employment pass and LTVP applications/renewals.
