Job Description:

• Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
• Performs administrative and office support activities.
• Assist with calculations of monthly workers' pay, allowances, OT etc.
• Submission of daily manpower report.
• Monitor daily attendance and leave record for Staffs and Workers.
• Handle administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizes work.
• Friendly can-do attitude.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willing to work on Alternate Full Saturdays

• Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB setup and management.
• Familiar with active-active database configurations (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL scripting (preferred).
• Experience with ETL and data integration with legacy systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of database security and auditing (preferred).
• Familiarity with data masking tools (preferred).
