About The Team

The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.

As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business located within Singapore and APAC region.

- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and report site(s) health for both in-house teams and partner locations within Singapore and APAC region.

Qualifications

Meeting Coordination and Support:

• Assisting to develop, maintain and update the meeting schedule to ensure timely organisation of events.
• Reserve meeting rooms and gather agendas to facilitate productive discussions

Stakeholder Engagement & Organisation Development Event/Activities Planning:

• Coordinate Organisational Development (OD) engagements by managing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives and target audiences and propose innovative ideas to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
• Source and liaise with various vendors (e.g., catering, event planners)

Workplace Resource Management:

• Conduct regular inventories of office resources, including workstations, lockers, and cabinets
• Maintain and update records of availability and allocation of workplace assets

Financial Reporting:

• Assist to collect and organise project-related data from various sources and assist in data entry and maintenance of programme databases
• Generate and consolidate monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the existing EVP dashboard for tracking and analysis

Administrative Support:

• Assist in managing AOB tasks to address ad-hoc operational needs and team requirements.
• Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth operation of the Programme Planning Office, and Enterprise Group.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Government sector with finance reporting or resource management would be an advantage.
• Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office: Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiar with scheduling and financial reporting tools.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and coordinate effectively.
• Attention to details: High accuracy in tasks like stocktaking, report generation, and meeting coordination.

This role oversees the full accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, strong controls, and financial integrity. Key tasks include managing supplier invoices, recording transactions, coordinating payments, and supporting the finance team in driving efficiencies through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and account for invoiced expenses, including preparing month-end journal entries and conducting control checks.
• Handle additional payable processes, such as employee reimbursements and tax payments.
• Oversee the accounts payable mailbox, process invoices via Concur, and post entries into the general ledger while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
• Assist the Financial Control team with month-end tasks, such as reconciling balance sheet accounts (bank accounts, intercompany balances, prepayments, etc.).
• Engage professionally with suppliers and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues.
• Adhere to established control processes and ensure compliance with key standards.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance finance operations and strengthen controls.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least Upper Second Class, preferably in a relevant field. Fresh grads are welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
