The Tour Operations Officer manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support.

Responsibilities:

3. Interaction with cruise lines, suppliers and business partners to settle and finalize logistical requirements for cruise groups and outbound tour groups

Requirements:

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Group Technical Operations Manager to join our Technical Operations team in Singapore on a 2 years’ contract basis. Reporting to the Group Technical Director, the position assumes responsibility for technical and product development areas including:

• Providing Technical Support and guidance in Product Development, Technical Transfer, & Life cycle Management projects, and support new product introduction into ANZ, South Africa, Asia Pacific region or as required by the business.
• Supporting EMO Directors by leading product and EMO operations due diligence activities, as needed
• Providing technical input in operations improvement projects, NPD and line extensions projects.
• Providing EMOs with cGMP expectations with regard to development and manufacturing validation activities.
• Ensuring that all validation activities are carried out in time with EMO’s and review and approve documents related to validation activities, including protocols and final reports.
• Troubleshooting technical problems encountered by various EMO's.

The Regional Head of Operations – APAC (Health ) determines the long-term strategic goals for Operations in the APAC region for Health. • Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the company, covering non-financial as well as financial controls;
• Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management as well as employees;
• Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with.
• Contribute to the yearly budget cycle in alignment with the Health COO approval and prudently manages resources within those budget guidelines according to company policy and within AGCS ethical corporate governance guidelines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:
