About The Team

The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.

As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business located within Singapore and APAC region.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and report site(s) health for both in-house teams and partner locations within Singapore and APAC region.

- Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site(s) support.

Qualifications

Purpose

The Singapore-based Exchange Operations team is responsible for Exchange Operations and Helpdesk services for the Exchange.

The Head of Exchange Operations will play a critical role in the growth and development of the Exchange as a member of the management team, reporting directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

1. Team Building and Strategy: Build and lead an operations team for the Exchange, including developing policies, strategies, and budgets.
   Establish standard operating procedures for Exchange Operations, Pricing, and Helpdesk activities.

The Role:

As part of our Issuing Risk Operations team, you’ll be responsible for strengthening our global issuing risk control strategy, driving key strategic initiatives across the globe and striving for the right balance of business growth, customer experience as well as our risk control bottom line. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of solving complex problems that will drive the evolution of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a key contributor to our Issuing risk strategy through risk alert management, fraud analysis and dispute management;
2. Responsible for improving risk settings and drive better customer outcomes with respect to fraud management;
3. Manage fraud detection capabilities and ensure that customer and business impacts are mitigated;
4. Provide data-driven insights and key learnings from fraud trends or incidents and improve the current suite of fraud controls in response;
5. Support the launches of new products and use cases from a fraud / risk perspective;
6. Manage SLAs and deadlines to meet team and company goals;
7. Responsible for deepening relationships with key stakeholders across the Issuing business;
8. Ensure adherence to local and Global Compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing card payment fraud including (but not limited to) dispute management, developing and creating fraud rules and alerts;
2. The willingness to learn new processes and develop skills at a fast pace;
3. Strong sense of ownership with attention to details;
4. Strong analytical skills including excel, business intelligence tools. and SQL;
5. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields: Finance, Business, Technology;
6. Experience working in a global environment strongly preferred;
7. Experience in FinTech or start-up experience is strongly preferred.
