The job holder will be in charge to organize the full process of the Partnership Memo (PM):

• Maintain a data base of all the status of all the documents related to the PM

The role requires project management and compliance leadership to collaborate across teams, including business development, fraud, product, technology, and compliance. Reporting to the Head of Global Payment Compliance, this individual will build and deliver high-quality KYC operations to support customer needs.

Key responsibilities

1. Leading the end-to-end KYC program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market practices for financial services (e.g., Buy Now Pay Later, Lending).
2. Building the KYC operations team and collaborating across functions to develop efficient processes that reduce user friction.
3. Collaborate with Risk, Product, User Experience, and Technology teams to define KYC solutions, including selecting vendors and establishing a BPO for compliance operations.
4. Partnering with Business Development to analyze the market, select suitable BPO providers, and manage resourcing and cost planning for compliance operations.
5. Training outsourced teams, monitoring effectiveness, and optimizing cost efficiency.
6. Expanding KYC operations to new markets with tailored solutions.
7. Implementing continuous monitoring, metrics, and benchmarking to ensure effective KYC operations.
8. Advising internal teams on KYC regulations and staying updated on global compliance trends.
9. Presenting compliance reports to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• More than 5 years in a people management role, specialising in AML/KYC compliance within fintech or financial services, with experience building operation functions.
• Proven KYC operations and project management skills to prioritize and deliver compliance solutions that reduce user friction within financial services (e.g., Buy Now Pay Later, Lending).
• Strong communication skills for translating compliance requirements into actionable steps for cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in APAC AML/KYC regulations for Buy Now Pay Later and Lending products
• CAMS or equivalent compliance certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Buy Now Pay Later or lending-specific to KYC experience
• Knowledge of regulations in Europe/Americas is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of optimizing KYC processes
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or JD preferred
