Purpose and Scope

• We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers and crews.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily deployment of drivers and crews
• Assist with daily planning of days and nights routes and CRM bin deliveries

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed Higher/ NITEC in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations Management

• Tabulate Monthly Schedule of Training Allowances for disbursements

System Implementation and Maintenance

• Evaluate and implement new payroll systems or upgrades.
• Maintain and troubleshoot payroll software.

Government Surveys

• Tabulate of data for government surveys (MOM Quarterly labour survey), MOM Annual occupation survey, Dept of Statistics Annual Survey, Grants Submissions and Audits requirements.

Ad-hoc

• Prepare and provide reports, analysis, surveys and interactive communications on all HR activities and initiatives to the HR Manager, as required.
• Support in Annual Budget process, Annual Salary Reviews and Performance Bonus as required, in accordance with rewards policy and processes.
• Assist & Participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the workplace safety and health (WSH) role. In this role, you will support the Head of Department in the implementation of WSH programmes in EGH. You will assist to liaise with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinator of various nesting offices/departments on the implementation and reporting of EHS.

You will also be involved in liaising with the Hospital Services Planning team on the design for safety and work activities within the construction sites, including the review of risk assessment and permit to work. Additionally, you will also support in maintaining EGH’s risk registry and compliance to applicable regulations. You will be required to assist the in-house WSH training and promotion activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
