Key Responsibilities

Inventory and Order Management

• Forecasting and Inventory: Compile routine order forecasts, manage safety stock, and oversee inventory.
• Order Processing: Issue purchase orders, manage goods receiving, and track production progress.
• Delivery Coordination: Plan and coordinate deliveries, process picklists, and manage dispatch documentation.
• Sales Forecasting: Handle sales and demand forecasting.

Supplier and Production Coordination

• Supplier Management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and onboard new suppliers.
• Cost Reduction: Drive initiatives to reduce costs.
• Production Oversight: Oversee light repairs, local assembly, and pre-shipment packaging.
• Shipping Coordination: Manage local and overseas shipping, including documentation and quality control.

Customer Relations and Service

• Order Processing: Swiftly process and acknowledge customer orders.
• Customer Support: Handle inquiries, onboard customers, and set up products in our ERP system.
• Feedback Management: Address customer feedback, complaints, and warranty/repair requests.

Financial and Administrative Coordination

• Financial Coordination: Work with finance and customers on accounts receivable, invoice matching, and manual invoicing.
• Order Execution: Coordinate with engineers to ensure order instructions are executed.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage the Singapore office site and handle reporting related to shipping, delivery performance, and inventory.
• Team Management: Lead a team of two, driving performance and managing expenses.

• Responsible for POS back-end support for all group concepts.
• Create and edit food and beverage items on POS system console.
• Update menu pricing and newly required food and beverage menu items in the POS system periodically.
• Perform housekeeping duties on POS systems and maintain system data accuracy.
• Assist with the production and analysis of periodic ad-hoc control and business reports
• Administer and liase with internal and external stakeholders with matters comprising asset maintenance, IT systems i.e. wordpress, M&E
