Centre Activities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Brahm Centre@Simei to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and courses
• Ensure that programs and engagement meet the grant engagement requirements of AAC

• Conduct once a year survey for pulse check on satisfaction of the volunteers
• Update the salesforce volunteer database and ensure that monthly volunteer status reports are updated according to compliance

Others

• Guide the Care team to support Care operations in ensuring that the CREST engagement KPIs are met including managing their time-off and off-in-lieu
• Strategize, plan outreach events and work with Care team to meet the CREST outreach KPI
• Strategize and support the Care team in meeting the monthly P1, P2 and P3 cases engagement KPIs
• Notify Head of Care when Care members are unable to meet the monthly KPIs

Where you fit in

The LNG Technical Advisor role will be based at the Shell Metropolis office and will work alongside the LNG Trading, Operations and Freight teams in that region. The LNG Advisor’s technical expertise is employed to support the LNG commercial operations by providing guidance on Sales and Purchase Agreements, Term or Spot Deal approvals, Quality and Quantity assurance of all LNG cargos and assistance for measurement dispute resolutions.

What’s the role?

As an LNG Technical Advisor your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitor cargo data via QCM (Quality Control Module)
• Validate and approve Measurement and Testing clauses in commercial contracts and lifting agreements.
• Dispute resolution - technical issues e.g., off spec cargos, equipment failure, warranty claims
• Develop LNG specific measurement and testing standards.
• Stand as the process owner to oversee adoption of such standards in practice by both internal and external testing facilities doing business with Shell.
• Provide Training to internal and external customers regarding LNG Measurement, Quality and Custody Transfer equipment.
• Support trading operations in day-to-day shipment of LNG cargo.

What we need from you

Job Description

• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, decor, transportation, and other event-related services
