WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to People Solutions Service Manager based in Singapore. You will be working with a diverse work population that spans across Asia Pacific, partnering regularly with People Solutions experts that help with the heavy lifting of complicated cases. We will have you create a partnership with our operations, and consultant teams as well as coordinating with HR leadership on new initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience in our service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
• 2-3 years of HR experience, demonstrating knowledge of HR management. Knowledge of theories, practices, policies and procedures in HR a plus
• Proficient in Korean, Japanese and English languages are essential to support our employees in Korea, Japan and other countries in APAC
• Experience in a service center environment and providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, email, live chat) highly desirable

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role is the front door to HR services at Nike. The primary responsibility will be providing seamless HR support to NIKE employees through the resolution of inquiries and transactions by researching issues and resolution options using effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

(v) Cash Flow & Financial Planning:

Create portfolio-level cash flow forecasts, accounting for schedules, material purchases, and labour costs. Develop contingency strategies to manage cost overruns effectively.

(vi) Risk Identification & Mitigation:

The Senior/Executive reports to the Senior Manager / Manager, Operations / Support Ops on all operational, manpower and administrative matters. He/She is expected to plan and manage support ops services and emergency planning functions across all relevant operating units, ensuring smooth daily operations and establishing business continuity plans.

The incumbent will assist the Senior Manager / Manager, Operations / Support Ops in planning, executing and managing Support Ops requirements and service delivery by vendors. He/She will lead the Support Ops section under his/her charge in providing support to the respective units. As the key contact on the ground, the incumbent is expected to work closely with stakeholders (both internal and external) to meet requirements and service key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Prior working experience in hospital operations, or a medical/nursing background, will be an advantage
• Good writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel

Profile Summary:

The Senior Systems Engineer supports security systems and operations administration, monitoring and maintenance. Monitors security alerts and events. Collects and documents contextual information based on established practices and supports the preparation and publishing of security advisories. Assists with the analysis of security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation.

Able to be alert and vigilant in performing monitoring activities, and is able to analyze and resolve security-related issues critically. He/She communicates clearly in his/her interactions with others and coordinates effectively with his/her team to perform security operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor security systems

• Perform non-routine security monitoring activities

• Perform prioritization and allocation of security incidents

• Track security monitoring rules and alerts

• Compile regular reports on the performance of security operations

Maintain security operations

• Assist with the implementation of agreed security system changes and maintenance routines

• Assist with implementation of new security programs

• Support vulnerability, penetration testing and assessments

• Support the development of reports on security penetration testing results

• Recommend security products, services and/or procedures

• Support the alignment of security systems with established service agreement standards

• Support the implementation of new enterprise security architecture, technologies and enhancements

Respond to queries

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in firewall, network scanning or asoc
• Possessed Risk assessment experience
• Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in AD/ID administration as per best security practices
• Exposure in IM8 or equivalent
