About the role:
The Senior Supply Planner position will give you an excellent platform and opportunity, to deep dive into the Medtech and hearing aid industry.
This is an individual contributor role with main role and mission:
• Propagates material requirements to suppliers and secures supplier commits
• Address supply gaps with suppliers in collaboration with other operations teams and Procurement
• Responsible for accuracy in material planning, service levels and global material inventory levels
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand supply (material/ components) risk, develop action plan to resolve and/or reduce the risk, working closely with R&D and suppliers
• Validate operational / strategic horizon material/ component requirement at commodity level and provide visibility to strategic suppliers. Work with Operations and Procurement to secure supplier capacity
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure required delivery dates are met, resolve escalated issues within execution horizon, eg. expedite/ de-expedite not agreed by suppliers
• Provide visibility into material constraints, changes to the supplier delivery dates and any bottlenecks (operational) to other Planners
• Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to help identify any potential supply issues in the future
• Support identification of opportunities to increase agility with suppliers
• Responsible for material/component inventory and execution. Collaborate with global Controlling to optimize material inventory and support achievement of working capital target

This will require well-developed influencing skills and an ability to gain buy-in from a broad range of different stakeholders and countries. Experience:
▪ A first experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in materials/supply planning, sourcing / purchasing and supplier management
▪ Knowledge of supply management / collaboration, inventory management and procurement
▪ Advanced knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and components in mechanics / electronics
▪ Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools.
