DESCRIPTION:

* Manages the operation of information system equipment.

* Oversee data backup and system security operations

* Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.

* Assess system performance and recommend improvements.

* Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal & company guidelines.

* Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems

* Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses.

* Develop IT policies and practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience as Computer Operations Manager.

* Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis.

* Leadership and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects

* Outstanding communication skill

* Problem solving aptitude

* Degree and Master Degree in Compter Science, IT Field.

Job Purpose

As the Supervisor, Media Operations, you will be managing our media operations activities including coordinating our advertisements for clients, maintaining the advertisements and media assets and liaising with our partners and authorities on media requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advertisement & Campaign Scheduling
• Submission of clips/visual to landlord/authorities for approval
• Saving of proof of posting
• Managing of health and maintenance of assets including digital screens and partners’ asset
• Manage coordination between internal and external stakeholders
• Documentation and paperwork
• Manage SAP related stuff e.g. creation of purchase requisition, entry sheet, good receipt, etc
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma certificate
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Candidates must be comfortable with working night shift. Rotation to day shift as required.

• Proficient in MS Office like MS Excel and Word
• Possess a pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
• Be organized and meticulous in managing documentation and staff
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
