Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries about our Phonics and Math programmes, both in person and through online platforms
• Update the student attendance system and maintain accurate records
• Process school fees through our digital systems
• Upload weekly class photos and curriculum slides onto the online portal
• Assist in planning and organizing SkillsFuture training courses
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment at the center

Working Hours:

• Mondays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Tuesdays: ½ Day, either AM or PM off)
• Fridays: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays

What You’ll Bring:

• A positive, proactive approach to customer service and operations
• Strong communication skills for interacting with parents, students, and staff
• Experience in customer service, particularly in educational settings, is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Take charge and conceptualise marketing proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
• Take charge and conceptualise sales proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
• Drive consumers interest in company and products, achieving KPIs
• Research and identify new business opportunities & marketing trends - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets for company’s products and services
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business and troubleshooting
• Oversee operations departments such as admin, sales, marketing and customer service
• Assist management in determining best operations procedures suited to ensure smooth execution of projects & events
• Ensure cohesion between departments to meet company’s expected targets
• Consistently review operations and team performance to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
• Set up and review standard operation procedures
• Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for company

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related background
• At least 5 years of experience
• Excellent track-record in meeting targets / goals
• Able to perform on the ground work
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
