About the role

This role, WealthTech Operations Analyst, will be reporting to the Head of APAC Operations during the Project Phase, and transitioning into a Business As Usual position, working within a broader operations team. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of wealth management operating platforms, processes and systems.

Project Phase

• Participate in the project to establish the abrdn Wealth Tech platform, being responsible for the Operations Target Operating model and processes

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. About the Role:

The Sales Operations Business Partner will own Confluent’s sales processes and work closely with the AVP(s) / RSD(s) of Sales to help manage the team's selling efforts. The Sales Ops Business Partner’s primary responsibilities will be to provide data and analytical support to manage and improve Confluent’s sales processes and cycle, as well as utilizing pipeline data to help report, analyze and forecast the company’s current quarter’s business.

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for accurate forecasting and pipeline analytics as well as reporting and analysis of sales results (including system dashboards)
• Work with the AVP of Sales, RSD's and Finance to refine go-to-market models and sales methodology, including identifying and solving pain points within the organization and sales process proactively
• Identify issues and solutions to improve the efficiency of the sales force participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics
• Lead efforts to standardize processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) to enable accurate and efficient data collection and management of the company’s sales efforts
• Partner with the Sales leaders to facilitate our global sales territory planning, by creating and allocating territories as the sales team grows
• Own communication to the field and maintain calendar of communications from a global to sub-region standpoint as well as sales process adoption
• Collaborate across all business units and functions (Finance, Compensation, AE’s, Data Science, BD, Field Marketing, etc.)
• Work closely with other Sales Operations team members to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization

What You Will Bring:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• At least 5+ years of Sales Operations experience preferably in a SaaS/Cloud company
• Advanced excel skills required
• Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences
• Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and display diplomatic and remarkable interpersonal skills with colleagues and other partners

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

At least 8 - 10 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

Set system administration processes

• Establish goals and priorities, design, planning, day-to-day operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of systems
• Align system administration with overall strategic IT service direction and business needs
• Assist with the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for spending and initiatives • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues
• Develop policies, procedures, and controls to ensure system security

Manage Teams

• Oversee team management including budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing
• Develop staff through ongoing coaching, mentoring and career discussions
• Define common goals, direction and accountability among staff • Drive effective performance management practices within department in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

2. Minimum 18 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining data projects or analytics systems with at least 8 years of project operation management experience

3. Highly-motivated self-starter who will undertake all activities to the highest professional standards

4. Must be cloud certified

5. Good in-depth understanding of data warehouse concepts, data profiling, data verification and advanced analytics techniques

6. Experience in managing a team in operations support and project implementation work

7. Certification in IT operation management is preferred
