• Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.

• Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements.

• Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to an area.

• Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners’ attendance and completion of all duties assigned.

• To troubleshoot maintenance services failures; handling repair and maintenance work, e.g. air-conditioning, lighting, electrical and plumping services

• Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level

• Planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower

• To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and industrial establishments

• To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards

• To train new/existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable.

• To handle all customers’ feedback

• To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.

• Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the assigned area

• Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.

• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.

• Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.

• Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization

On behalf of the hiring company which is an OEM (Original Equipment Maker), we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as an Operations Business Executive.,

Responsibilities:

• Extract daily equipment breakdown records from the system and provide the data to respective parties for follow-up.
• Prepares and sends monthly equipment breakdown records to customers & internal parties.
• Maintain the record of tools, assets & other records.
• Daily operations support to all parties in the division.
• Communications with internal & external customers.
• Prepare ISO, EMS, etc, documentation/test for division.
• Leads a team to assist engineers & section heads in preparing and submitting quotation input & purchase requests. Liaise suppliers/subcons for price inquiry on supply/works.
• Liaising with the contracts department to update and maintain price records for all clients
• Liaising with the Purchasing department for purchasing and standardization of vendor SOR price
• Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assigned by Department Head/Manager

Requirement:

• Fresh diploma/degree graduates are welcome
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Experience with ERP would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of Excel & other MS Office applications would be advantageous.
• Confident and possess leadership qualities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide operational and maintenance support for Satellite Broadcast Service
• Knowledge of Satellite Transmission (i.e. Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/BUC, Satellite modulator, Integrated Receiver Decoders (IRDs) or Satellite Headend (i.e. Video Encoder, Multiplexer)
• Perform equipment/system configurations, Video switching, IP routing and monitoring of Radio Frequency (RF) & Video signals for Broadcast production and operation
• Perform Satellite uplink and downlink configurations
• Perform RF equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform Broadcast equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance

• Ability to understand technical issues and to provide periodic/planned preventive & corrective maintenance

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year of working experience with communication protocols including RF and TCP/IP

- Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours, regular programming and museum related events

- Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements

- Respond and liaise with clients independently via email

- Co-ordinate with attractions and external vendors in planning of tour itineraries

- Work closely with senior management to improve the tour management processes and SOPs

- Regular statistical analysis: collect, analyse and summarise market/visitorship data and trends

THE POSITION

Title:

Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of RegASK. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a proven track record of optimizing operations in a fast-paced SaaS / Tech-enabled environment. This is a transversal role which includes revenue operations and content operations. You will be working closely with our CEO, Chief Product & Technology Officer and Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

· Drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Revenue operations:

· Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of revenue goals. Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication and addressing operational challenges.

· Revenue strategy:

o Work in collaboration to develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with the company growth subjective.

o Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize revenue generation processes.

· Sales process optimization:

o Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and accelerate deal cycles.

o Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and performance.

· Forecasting & Budgeting:

o Collaborate with finance to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.

o Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.

3. Team Leadership:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.

4. Process Optimization:

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· 10 years of experience in senior operations role, within a SaaS or technology driven company.

· Familiarity with Technical and software proficiency
