Cleaning Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental)

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. As a systems thinker, he or she will strategize and directs operational activities and translate organisational goals into achievable steps, anticipates and stays ahead of trends and takes advantage of opportunities. He or She will also mentor the management team as part of succession planning and represents the organisation in meetings with clients, investors and business partners.

He or She is expected to be at our project sites and build relationships with our clients and work closely with the Commercial and Environmental - Operations Executive as part of his role.

This requires him or her to be organised, strategic, adaptable, highly driven and capable of interacting with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead teams

- Develop strategy plans to promote organisation core values

- Manage the professionalism of the staff

- Mentor and lead management staff

- Lead organisational succession planning, capability development and employee engagement

2. Drive business operations

- Drive the overall growth of business and operations

- Drive opportunities to improve market visibility and presence of the organisation

- Lead budget planning for the organisation

- Represent and promote the organisation

- Direct the development and review of operation policies and procedures

3. Manage client relationships

- Collaborate with clients to achieve business goals

- Direct the development and review of strategic plans to improve relationships with clients

4. Manage Incidents

- Oversee the conduct and review of contingency plans

- Endorse emergency and crisis management response plans, processes and procedures

- Provide direction on analysed trends of reported incidents

5. Manage cleaning services

- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)

- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation

- Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations

- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management

- Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly.

- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)

- Recruiting of manpower for projects

- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site

6. Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites

- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations

- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

7. Manage cleaning teams

- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

8. Manage incidents

- Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Requirements:

- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Managers specializing in Commercial and Environmental or Facilities Management

• Apply Group and Country CDD policies and processes (AML surveillance, client screening, risk assessment) to manage risks.
• Assess risks arising from products / segments / geographies / customers / transactions.

• Undertake enhanced due diligence on new and existing medium/higher risk
• Review and/ or escalate new or emerging areas of risks for all clients including P risk rated clients and Group Sensitive Clients relevant clients such as adverse media/sanctions review
• Timely review of customer’s profile and related risk
• Provide CDD advisory in client level to business in relations to AML/CTF matters.
• Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends.
• Assist Line Manager to keep track of and provide advice to relevant stakeholders on the interpretation and application of policies related to CDD

• 3+ years working experience in performing CDD reviews in a Bank environment.
• Familiar with MAS regulations and requirements towards AML standards for Banks in Singapore.
• Has good awareness of Risk concerns and is able to identify and address such risk concerns independently.
• Meticulous and has an eye for details.
• Fast learner and efficient.
• Good Stake holder management.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Proficient in handling CDD Reviews for SME Entity clients. Having CDD knowledge on Retail is an advantage.
• Conversant and have good understanding in handling of client reviews relating to Periodic, Trigger and New Client Onboarding
• Understand High Risk events like PEP, Adverse Media, etc.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of complex entity structures and be able to fully unwrap such clients.
• Conversant on the type of documents required as part of a CDD Review or for purposes of Corroboration, etc
• Understands the constituents of SOW requirements and how such information is to be obtained and documented as part of client wealth journey.
• Analytical mind and ability to articulate the risk concerns to complete the review.

• We are seeking for a Fund Compliance & Licensing Advisor to join a dynamic team within a financial exchange based in Singapore.
• Candidate will have expertise in regulatory landscape for fund management activies, including application and maintenance of Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licenses and other related MAS licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process of applying for and renewing Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licenses for fund management activities, including preparing all required documentation for submission to MAS.
• Ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and regulations for fund managers under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to MAS.
• Assist in designing and implementing compliance frameworks for fund management activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing or fund management within a financial institution or regulatory body
• Involvement with CMS license application
• Good understanding of SFA and other relevant financial services regulations in Singapore.

Job Summary

As a Wealth Management, Single Coverage Client Advisor, Associate in the South East Asia Market team at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of client relationships across the team. You will operate in both banker and investor capacity, handle and coordinate with various teams on account inquiries and investment-related aspects, and deliver strategic messages to your portfolio. You will also collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality client service and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team; develop and maintain long-term relationships through professional/personal networks and contacts.

2. Operate in both banker and investor capacity, and handle/coordinate with various teams on both overall account inquiries/maintenance as well as on investment-related aspects.

3. Articulate and deliver strategic messages to their portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take both solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes. Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks.

4. Partner with the client including (but not limited to) updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.

5. Collaborate with the other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service.

6. Keeping track of Clients, Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.

7. Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internal policies.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in wealth management space, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills.

3. Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team.

4. Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.

5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills

6. Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.

7. Must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.

8. As the role is an important contributor to the strategy of JP Morgan, comfort and experience working with and reporting to senior management is required.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

1. Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred. However, if you do not possess an existing Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register in Singapore, you will be required to sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2, in order to get registered as a Representative with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the private banking industry.
