Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Bachelor degree or its equivalent with a minimum 7 years’ experience of wealth management experience along with strong client and stakeholder management skills

• Ideally understand and have a working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.

• Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Appropriate local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred. However, if you do not possess an existing Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register in Singapore, you will be required to sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2, in order to get registered as a Representative with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the private banking industry.

• Knowledge of regional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus given the Southeast Asia team has coverage across Singapore, Indonesia and/or Malaysia markets

• Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines

• Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments
