Job description:
· Drive organic customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective management of growth initiatives.
· Oversee the development and implementation of growth strategies and tactical plans.
· Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and product launches.
· Manage and lead a team of 5 (based in China) to maintain accurate records, adequate internal controls, manage day to day operations of client onsite.
· Maintain and ensure cross border client relations and ensure that implementation is done post sales.
· Review and analyse the monthly performance of team, implement work process improvements where necessary
· Ensure accurate and timely management reporting
· Manage external agents, suppliers on contracts and receivables
· Manage the marketing team for branding purposes
Requirements: -
· At least 8 years of relevant working experience within the chemical industry sector in China
· At least 3 years of relevant sales and operations experience with clients in the chemical sector in Singapore
· Proven prior network of clients in the chemical industry in China is a must. References shall be taken during interview stages. Proven experience in driving growth in a similar capacity.
· Must be managing an on and offshore sales and operations teams
· Prior working experience in companies supporting the water treatment/ chemical production / paper treatment is highly advantageous
· Familiarity with data analytics and growth hacking techniques.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to speak good Business Mandarin required for managing multiple mandarin speaking clients and off shore team based in Greater China
