Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, independent and driven Part-Time Operations Specialist to support our efforts in executing growth strategies across various aspects of the business, especially marketing.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about Events industry, with the willingness to get hands on and the openness to undertake various tasks across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, etc.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to help inform marketing strategies and ensure relevant content.
• Research and email outreach to potential partners/customers to setup discussion meetings
• Exhibition Booth manning & pitching

Floristry/Event Support:

• Assist with the planning and execution of projects (eg. logistics planning)
• Hands-on floristry: Cleaning, dethorning, packaging fresh flowers
• Decor installation: Must be physically able to lift weights and work on hands-on installation projects
• Wedding Actual Day Coordination

Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Candidates from top universities preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, creativity, social media savvy, and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Tools & Technology: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a remote or office environment.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team.
