Job Descriotion
Service Management Framework Design and Implementation
1. Manages IT operations task for Contact Centre.
2. Create the operations and maintenance schedule for the systems.
3. Helps co-ordinate with the teams to perform their operational activities.
4. Prepare relevant system reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
6. Identifies ways to decrease expenses and improve system efficiency.
7. Handles system related co-ordinations, maintenance activities, reporting and documentation.
8. Handle change management activities related to systems and create SOPs along with the tech team
and maintain them.
9. Operations Coordinator
Qualifications and Skills:
1. IT project / Operations PMO skills
2. Documentation and basic understanding of system landscape
3. Cloud architecture and software development methodology knowledge.
4. IT admin / cloud infrastructure skills
5. Strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident / change Management) processes
6. Contact Centre Tools and application knowledge.
Educational Qualificaton
1. Program Project Management
2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
3. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
4. At least 1-3 years of IT Co-ordinator
5. PMO experience is required.
