JOB DUTIES

• Plan, coordinate, execute and manages the general cleaning, dishwashing and plate collecting process, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other plate collectors/dishwashers
• Develop and manage positive relationships with client
• Attending meetings with Clients and gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Review work orders and ensure work assignments are done
• Conduct regular On-Job-Training to ensure employees are clear of operations protocol.
• Review and Make Suggestions to enhance service excellence and other operations matters
• Report to the Operations Director
• Any other administration/operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC with at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the cleaning service industry is preferred.
• Strong industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection especially in the F&B Sector
• Good interpersonal skills and communication in English are essential
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent Supervisory Skills to manage Cleaners and Dish Washers
• A good team player and able to work independently

• Report to the CEO as part of the Broking Team and provide insurance broking advice and placement for clients
