Job Scope
· To be overall responsible for the operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.
· Ensure licenses are always valid for all department and staff
· Manage team schedules to the needs of the business
· Serve as role model for company values and standards
· Build and maintain good working relationship with internal department
· Need to onsite to ensure operations are moving smoothly
· Training and briefing staffs on workplace safety and certain job scopes
· Project planning and execution for upcoming project
· Handling and managing all site issues
· Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management to review
Job Requirement
· Need to have above 5 years of experience working in a managerial position
· Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
· Willingness to learn and adapt
· Have integrity and reliable to handle issues
