Job Requirement

• Experience with housekeeping and janitorial services. Minimum 2 years

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise common and control

• Able to work independently and multi task

• Good communication skills

• IT savvy - emails, microsoft excel, office, powerpoint and others

• Able to use mobile application

• Valid Class 3 license (compulsory)

• Build and maintain a working relationship with the service providers, subcontractors and suppliers
